1. We are a referral network, not the service provider

Colorado Springs Concrete Leveling is a lead and referral network. We help homeowners find local providers. We do not sell, perform, supervise, or guarantee home-service work. A call or form on this site is a request to be matched, not a contract for services with us.

2. Independent contractors

Providers in the network are independent businesses. There is no employment, joint-venture, or agency relationship between us and a provider unless we put that in a separate written agreement. We are not responsible for a provider’s representations, pricing, workmanship, delays, damage, or injuries.

3. You verify licenses and insurance

Before any work starts, you must verify the provider’s licenses, trade certifications, liability insurance, and workers’ compensation. We do not promise that any listed or referred provider is licensed, bonded, or insured in your area.

4. Compensation

We may receive compensation from providers when you call or submit a lead. That payment is for the referral. It does not make us the contractor and does not mean we inspected the work.

5. Leads and your information

If you submit your name, phone, email, address, or job details, you ask us to share that information with one or more providers who may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Phone and recording

Calls to (719) 301-0685 may be recorded or monitored and may be connected to a local partner contractor. If you do not want that, do not call.

7. Site content

Content on this site is for general information. We may change or remove it at any time. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

8. No warranties
